What we collect
What you give us. Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name and the message you send through our contact form, WhatsApp or email. If you sign up for one of our products, the account details that product asks for.
What we collect automatically. Pages visited, time spent and how you move through the site; browser, operating system and device type; approximate location from your IP address; and the page that referred you. Vercel Analytics collects aggregate, cookie-less statistics. Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used, and only runs if you accept analytics cookies.
What our products process. Each product processes the data its customers put into it, such as conversations in Setu or a customer's feedback in AI Review Generator. That data belongs to the business using the product, and each business's data is kept separate from every other.
How we use it

- To send service messages such as account setup and important product changes
- To understand how the site and products are used, so we can improve them

- To tell you about relevant products or offers, only where you have agreed
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel hosts this website and provides cookie-less analytics and performance monitoring.
- Microsoft Clarity records anonymised usage of the site, after you consent.
- Resend delivers the emails generated by our contact form.
- Meta carries WhatsApp conversations you start with us, under its own terms.
These providers process data only to deliver their service to us.
Cookies
Essential storage remembers your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are set by Microsoft Clarity only if you click Accept. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the site footer, or clear cookies in your browser. Declining analytics does not affect how the site works.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as they are relevant to our conversation or business relationship with you, or as long as the law requires, and then delete them. Analytics data is kept according to each provider's retention settings.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and similar laws where they apply, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it
- correct or complete inaccurate data
- erase data we no longer need
- stop processing that relies on your consent, by withdrawing it
- nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf

Grievances. If you are unhappy with how we handled your data, write to our grievance officer, [Name], at [grievance email]. If we cannot resolve it, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
We protect personal data with encryption in transit and access limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn we have, we delete it.
Where your data is processed
Our providers may process data in India and in other countries where they operate. We choose providers that protect personal data to a standard consistent with this policy.
Changes
When we change this policy we update the date above. For significant changes we will tell you by email, if we have it, or with a notice on the site.
