These terms apply when you use adishubh.ai or any product from [Registered entity name] ("Adishubh", "we"). By using them you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you use our services for an organisation, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf. Individual products may have additional terms, shown when you sign up.
Our services
We provide AI software for businesses. Today that includes Setu, DailyTrack CRM, AI Review Generator, BharatTrade Copilot, PayBridge and custom ERP builds. We may change, pause or retire parts of a service with reasonable notice.
Your account
- Give accurate information when you create an account.
- Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Tell us straight away at hi@adishubh.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- You must be at least 18 to use our services.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our services to:
- break any law or regulation, including messaging, privacy and consumer protection rules
- send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them
- create fake, misleading or incentivised reviews, or break Google's review policies
- infringe anyone's intellectual property
- upload malicious code, or disrupt or overload our systems
- reverse engineer our software, or scrape our platforms without written permission
- resell or sublicense our services without written permission
We may suspend or end access if these rules are broken.
Reviews
AI Review Generator helps real customers put their own genuine experience into words. Use it only with customers who actually dealt with your business. Do not offer rewards for reviews or ask only customers you expect to be happy. Google and other platforms decide what happens to reviews on their services; we are not responsible for their actions.
Your content
You keep ownership of the data and content you put into our services. You give us a limited licence to use it only to provide and improve the services for you.
Our intellectual property
Our software, designs, marks and content belong to us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer any of those rights to you.
Fees
Paid plans, billing and payment terms are set out on each product's site or in your order. We give existing subscribers 30 days' notice of price changes. Fees exclude applicable taxes unless stated. To ask about a refund, contact us within 14 days of payment; we consider each request individually.
Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated output will always be accurate. Review important output before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnity
You agree to cover our losses arising from your misuse of the services, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights.
Ending these terms
You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if the law requires it. Terms that by their nature should continue, such as those on intellectual property and liability, continue after termination.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction. Please talk to us first at hi@adishubh.com; most issues can be settled quickly.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email or a notice on the site.
